Privacy at Stylo
Stylo uses the information you provide to generate fashion recommendations. This page explains the product’s current data behaviour in plain language. Effective 3 August 2026.
Photos
Photos are sent to the configured AI provider for analysis. Stylo does not save original style-analysis photos unless you explicitly select “Save my original photos.” Signed-in users can delete their saved profile and photos from Style Profile. Virtual try-on images are processed for the requested generation and are not added to the style-photo library.
Account and conversations
Signed-in users may have style profiles and chat threads saved so they work across sessions. Individual shopping chats can be deleted from chat history. Guest wardrobe and profile information may be stored only in that browser and can be removed by clearing it in the product or browser storage.
Product analytics
Stylo records limited events such as searches, feedback, and retailer clicks to improve recommendations. Raw search text and complete destination URLs are excluded from product analytics. Operational providers may still process requests needed to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
Product analytics expire after 90 days. Guest chats expire after 30 days and signed-in chats after 365 days of inactivity. Saved style assessments remain until you delete them or delete your account. Open Style Profile to export your account data, delete saved photos, clear this browser, or permanently delete your account.
Service providers
Stylo currently uses Google Cloud and Vertex AI for hosting and image generation, Supabase for authentication and private account storage, and a configured OpenAI API provider for styling conversations. Retailer and affiliate links open third-party websites governed by their own privacy terms.
Important limitation
AI style analysis and virtual try-on are estimates, not measurements or guarantees of fit. Verify price, availability, sizing, materials, and return terms with the retailer.
